The Rachel Vinyl Bucket Hat in scarlet by Betmar is a great rain hat that is both fashionable and useful. The water repellant shell keeps the water out and the polarfleece lining prevents any warmth from escaping. On the back is a small Betmar logo attached and a string ending in a bow, which can be used to adjust the size. The brim is longer in the front and has polka dots on the underside. An elastic chin band secures the hat to your head even on stormy days.
