The Christys' Gangster fedora hat in charcoal is made in England

The Gangster from Christys' is about as old school as a hat can get. The hat is modelled after the classic hats of the 20’s and 30’s New York and Chicago Gangsters - Al Capone, Lucky Luciano, Bugsy Segal, and manufactured by one of the oldest and grandest hatters in not only the UK, but all the world.

We approached Christys' with this exclusive design and as usual, they did not let us down. This stunner of a hat is 100% fur felt with an extravagant polished finished. The hat is fully lined in satin and comes complete with a leather sweat band. The crown is 11cm high. The brim is 7cm wide and has a bound edge. As the hat is fur felt, it is naturally water resistant.

First Class Hat This hat screams quality. It is my second fur felt hat and delivers on all fronts. It looks fantastic, fits well and is really warm. If you are a hat lover and are looking for a first class hat I would recommend this.

Fur Felt Gangster Fedora I received my new hat yesterday, delivery was very fast, ordered on Sunday and received on Tuesday. The hat is the jewel in my collection, the fur Felt is wonderfully soft and luxurious and the hat finish is second to none. I have one other fur felt hat, Spanish manufactured, and it is a quality product but my Christy hat is a step above. Compared to my wool felt fedoras it is in an altogether different league. I am looking forward to many years of pleasure, and warmth, from my Christy hat. Dealing with Hat Village was a pleasure and like the hat the company is a class act.
