Excellent service but ! Have dealt with Village hats many times over the years which underlines my confidence in their service and products but on this occasion me the customer is totally to blame. I ordered a medium size measured at 57cm and on receipt the hat too small and also found the hat not really suitable so I have returned it to Village Hats. The hat was well made and really well packed in a proper designed hat box. I will use Village Hats again but next time will be less less hasty and make sure the hat is the right size and exactly what I’m looking for.

Big Brim Boony Hat My original putty BBB hat is now 2 years old and has been with me in the Gambia, Thailand, Korea, Hong Kong, Taiwan, China. It is still going strong . I recently diversified and bought two other BBBs in different colours. They are an excellent hat - particularly if like me you have a very big head. also the personal service from Village Hats is excellent
